Stoma caps and fasteners
Stoma caps and fasteners close the stoma opening and prevent leakage of liquids or odors.
Depending on the type of care, the ostomy cap is applied to the base plate or directly to the skin. The covers are made of the same material as ostomy bags, but can only absorb a small amount of fluid. They are suitable for people with a regulated elimination-free period or for those who perform irrigations.
