Intestinal irrigation for stoma care and drainage
Irrigation is an irrigation of the colon and is only suitable for colostomy patients. Irrigation allows the colon to be emptied and cleaned in a controlled manner.
The stoma is rinsed out through the drainage. With a hose the excrements can be drained directly into the toilet or into a closed bag. In the case of long-term use, regulated times without excretion can be trained.
