  • Diabetic foot wounds
  • Postoperative care after toe and forefoot amputations

Description:

VACOpaso Free is a prefabricated interim shoe for the treatment of diabetic foot syndrome. The insole with VACO12 technology adapts optimally to the foot. By redistributing the pressure that occurs and simultaneously immobilizing the foot, VACOpaso Free achieves consistent relief of the problem areas.

Features / Components:

  • Adaptable VACO12 insole for optimum adaptation to the sole of the foot. The contact surface of the foot is maximized. Thus an optimal pressure redistribution is achieved. Partially removable foam parts provide additional relief for problem areas on the foot.
  • Extremely stiff sole. Very stiff and stable sole minimises shear forces and offers firm support.
  • Innovative heel pull offers optimum support with maximum space for the foot in the heel area.
  • Can be worn on both sides. Space-saving, as the Velcro fasteners can be worn on the right and left by simply changing the position.
  • Soft material. Inner material suitable for diabetics.
  • Free toe area. Offers plenty of space for bandaging material.
