Description:

Putting on: First pull the rubber stocking over the shaft. Put your foot in the covered stocking. Press foot downwards. Pull the upper stocking upwards with your hands.
Taking off: Remove the rods from the shaft and push the stocking down with the slit at the end of the rod.
