Stimulators with partial implants

With a surgical procedure, electrodes are implanted that send electrical impulses to the nerves. A remote control unit controls the nerve stimulation.

This type of stimulators can be used, for example, to reduce pain, phases of incontinence as well as foot lifter weakness, regulate the number of bowel movements and activate breathing.
