Description:
The cold/hot compresses are used as heat compresses for tension, back pain, rheumatism, arthritis and as cold compresses for bruises, swelling, headaches and migraines. The compresses are filled with a special gel and covered with a terry cloth cover. For cold applications, the compresses are placed in the freezer for around 2 hours. For the heat application, the compresses are heated in a water bath for 5 to 10 minutes.
