Description

The cold/hot compresses are used as heat compresses for tension, back pain, rheumatism, and arthritis, and as cold compresses for bruises, swelling, headaches, and migraines. For cold application, the compresses are placed in the freezer for about 2 hours. For heat application, the compresses are heated in a water bath for 5 to 10 minutes.
