Light therapy

Ultraviolet light (UV light) helps with numerous skin diseases such as psoriasis, acne or neurodermatitis. Light therapy devices also supply the body with light energy.

Light therapy (phototherapy) uses different wavelengths of light. UVA lamps (Ultraviolet A) produce light with an emission spectrum of 315 to 400 nanometers. UVB lamps (Ultraviolet B) and SUP lamps (Selective Ultraviolet Phototherapy) produce light with an emission spectrum of 280 to 315 nanometers.
