Description:

Based on the data from numerous space missions and images from space telescopes, 3D atlas of the solar system were created for the great cosmos developed high quality views of the planets and moons and combined them into this comprehensive 3D atlas. The 3D models with detailed surface maps show all planets as well as 20 moons and six asteroids.
A virtual planetarium with over 100,000 stars shows the course of the sun, planets and moons and allows a flight through the solar system and to the nearest stars. In easily understandable texts, the nature and formation of the celestial bodies are explained in detail and useful information about astronomy and space travel is conveyed.
