Description:
The use of the Lokomat is in the support of the treadmill training for the therapy of patients with walking disabilities due to neurogenic, muscular causes.
The individually adjustable exoskeleton ensures a physiological gait pattern in connection with the dynamic body weight relief.
The Lokomat offers a natural plantar pressure distribution, sensory feedback and physiological vertical Shift during the entire gait cycle.
The joint angles of the hips and knees can be individually adjusted to the needs of the patient during training.
