Description:

The IQ Premiumgym is a non-slip functional board with 2 height-adjustable sticks for functional training and gymnastics. With a simple twist, you adjust the length of the sticks to suit the exercise and your height. The sticks with the solid wooden balls can be placed in the shells of the board. You can then exercise while standing, sitting or lounging. On the underside, the crescent-shaped functional board is equipped with 6 soft plastic plugs, which allows it to rest securely on the floor even under stress.
