The LokoHelp is an electromechanical gait trainer based on the end effector principle and is used for movement therapy on the treadmill. It supports therapists in guiding the legs during gait training and enables patients to actively participate in the execution of the movement. The combination of treadmill and weight relief system allows different phases of gait training to be carried out. The system facilitates access to the patient, improves gait symmetry and contributes to a more effective and longer therapy duration.
