Description:
The device is used to rest the forearm in a relaxed and fatigue-free manner while specifically exercising the maximum range of motion in the wrist. The angle of inclination that can be adjusted (adjustment range 0 degrees to 45 degrees) enables the armrest to be adapted to the anatomical conditions for a wide variety of gripping and holding exercises. The forearm can be fixed on the shelf with two straps supplied.
