Description:
The wrist-o-ciser consists of a wooden handle on which a spiral is mounted. Using the movement possibilities in the wrist, it is important to bring wooden beads on the spiral from one side to the other, with the fist completely closed around the handle of the wrist-o-ciser. The ability to perceive space and the coordination of hand and eye are promoted. Particularly in the case of hemiplegics, this means that concentrated work on the affected side is required. The elbow joint and shoulder joint can be trained by applying a splint or bandage to the wrist, and wrist mobility is promoted by applying the elbow to the upper body.
