Description:
The ball trainer consists of a ball and a ball holder. The hand rests on the ball and the wrist can be moved in a relaxed manner thanks to the almost frictionless mounting of the ball in the ball holder. If a higher adhesion of the ball surface is desired, the ball can be individually glued with the anti-slip pads supplied.
