Description:
The device is used to support the forearm in a relaxed and fatigue-free manner while exercising the maximum range of motion in the wrist. The adjustable angle of inclination (adjustment range 0 degrees to 45 degrees) allows the arm support to be adapted to the anatomical conditions for a wide variety of gripping and holding exercises. The forearm can be fixed to the rest using two retaining straps supplied.
