Neck orthoses (cervical orthoses) enclose the neck region completely or only partially. They correct congenital deformities of the cervical spine, relieve, stabilize and relieve acute or chronic neck pain caused by muscle tension.
Injuries to the cervical vertebrae and neck pain are common diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Due to the high load, the cervical spine is susceptible to accidents such as whiplash injuries or cervical vertebra fractures, poor posture or nerve inflammation. Immobilization, stabilization, fixation and relief are important for healing.
