Cervical orthoses completely or only partially enclose the neck region. They correct congenital malpositions of the cervical spine, relieve, stabilise and alleviate acute or chronic neck pain caused by muscle tension.
Cervical spine injuries and neck pain are common illnesses of the musculoskeletal system. Due to high stress, the cervical spine is prone to accidents such as whiplash or cervical fractures, poor posture or nerve inflammation. Immobilization, stabilization, fixation and relief are important for healing.
