By using the Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis, the muscle tone can be improved in various diseases be influenced and new movement patterns experienced. The Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis is an enrichment in the treatment of a wide variety of diseases associated with movement disorders or restricted mobility.

Working hypothesis:
In physiotherapy (physiotherapy), muscle tension (tone) is favorably influenced in various starting positions by means of pressure and tension. Movement is initiated, triggered and guided by appropriate stimuli. These techniques, which are used in physiotherapy, are supported by the Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis.

Mode of action: The Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis fits closely to the respective body part. The pressure on the various receptors in the skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles triggered in this way increases the perception (proprioception) of e.g. B. the arm, leg or trunk improved. The position of the extremity in space is made more conscious through the corresponding feedback mechanisms between the brain and receptors. The quality of movement can be influenced in this way. Correspondingly attached reinforcement pads and applied, dynamic trains increase the stability z. B. in the pelvis and thus enable a better swing of the free leg when walking.

Improved movement patterns usually lead to a more favorable, biomechanical stress on the joints and increase the training effect outside of the compensation pattern.
It is not uncommon for ambulatory users to use the Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis, conventional lower leg splints required to stabilize the upper ankle joint.
The Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis can be worn under conventional splints. Depending on the type of orthosis, the Dynamic GPS Soft Orthosis can help improve stability when seated, have a favorable influence on gross and fine motor skills, improve balance and safety, and make it easier to change position, breathing and speech.
