Description:
Joint movements in the supination and pronation planes should be prevented and talus advancement should be restricted. The VACOtalus ankle orthosis offers high rigidity with effective stabilization against twisting thanks to an anatomically preformed outer shell. Inversion and eversion movements are restricted, while plantar/dorsal movement remains possible, which means that the normal movement of the foot is not impaired when walking.
