Assistive Product Swing Phase Lock 2-Orthesen-Kniegelenk

The Swing Phase Lock 2 (SPL 2) orthosis knee joint is used in both whole-leg and knee orthoses to treat patients with knee extensor insufficiency. The fully automatic locking during the stance phase and free movement during the swing phase ensure a physiological gait pattern. This prevents incorrect posture and the resulting damage to the musculoskeletal system. The knee joint is available in two versions for bilateral and monolateral fitting.
