Description:

The Jack PCL brace overcomes the gravity of the lower leg and thus relieves the posterior cruciate ligament. The translational force is individually adjusted by setting the spring force on both sides of the orthosis depending on the weight of the leg and the patient. This counteracts the unfavorable effects of muscle and gravitational forces. Slipping of the tibia into the "rear drawer" is prevented.
