Description:

Proprioceptively stimulating infrapatellar pressure leads to faster and stronger muscular toning of the quadriceps muscle. Friction increases proprioception through the skin. Friction and compression also relieve pain through the gate control mechanism. Friction promotes blood circulation positively for the interior of the joint and for insertion tendinopathies.
