Indications:
- severe medial or lateral gonarthrosis (at least grade III) in conjunction with complex ligament instability
- for relief in painful stress fractures (e.g. tibial plateau) Tibial plateau)
- cartilage surgery / cartilage plasty / meniscus refixation / osteotomy with necessary postoperative relief of the medial or lateral compartment
- severe overloading of the medial or lateral compartment
Description:
Axial misalignments such as varus (bow leg) or valgus (knock-knee) can cause knee complaints such as osteoarthritis of the knee. This usually causes pain on the inside or outside of the knee. The M.4s OA comfort knee orthosis enables individual varus or valgus relief and is based on the natural joint movement. The 3-point relief principle ensures axial correction and noticeable pain relief. A padding set and double-layer condylar pad covers reduce friction and improve comfort. A movable thigh strap also ensures an optimum fit.
