Description;
The 4-point principle is a feature of hard-frame knee orthoses that counteracts tibial forward thrust (anterior drawer) and/or tibial posterior thrust (posterior drawer).

Features / Components:

  • functional knee orthosis with flexion and extension limitation
  • prevents pathological leverage
  • reduces internal rotation, limits subluxation of the tibia (anterior and posterior drawer)
  • stabilises the knee joint in the sagittal plane
  • anatomically pre-shaped, torsion-resistant frame
  • upper and lower leg frame easily moldable to the individual leg contour
  • flexion limitation (20, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 degrees)
  • extension limitation (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 degrees)
  • with padding
  • available in seven sizes (XS - XXXL)
  • extra short versions for children or very small patients available very small patients available
  • different versions for left and right knee
  • hyperallergenic inner padding available for skin-sensitive patients
