Indego is a walking aid worn on the body, which enables the person affected to move independently with battery-powered motors in the hip and knee area. The walking aid is controlled by moving the upper body. Moving it to the front allows you to get up and walking, and moving it to the back allows you to stand still and sit down.
Motion sensors are located on the knee and hip joints.
User-specific settings can be changed with an app on a smartphone and transferred to the exoskeleton via Bluetooth. The device has a compact design and can also be carried in a wheelch
