Indications:
- Rupture of the ulnar collateral ligament
- Rhizarthrosis
- Irritation in the area of the thumb base and thumb saddle joint (conservative, post-traumatic, post-operative)
- Post-operative immobilization
Contraindications:
- unstable capsular/ligamentous apparatus which requires secure restraint in a cast
Description:
The lightweight aluminum construction allows the orthosis to be individually adapted to the hand. Thanks to the open construction, there is no pressure on any existing surgical suture. The design also makes the thumb orthosis easier to handle.
