The exomotion® hand one Gen2 is a functional everyday aid that enables simple gripping movements for paralyzed hands and thus supports disability compensation. It is based on a CE-marked modular system, offers IP22 splash protection and an all-day battery life.

The orthosis can be extended with an upper arm splint, mechanical elbow support and pro/supination module.

It is controlled via muscle impulses that are recorded via an EMG sensor on the skin - even in the chest or back area if there is no activity in the arm. This allows fingers to be opened and closed. Two of six gripping modes can be selected via the control unit: Fist, thumb, three-finger, two-finger, mouse and keyboard grip.

The orthosis is manufactured in the color of your choice.

At least 5 appointments are required for the fitting (consultation, casting, first and final fitting, follow-up check). It can take 24 weeks or longer from the prescription to the first fitting.
