Abdominal hernia supports

The abdominal wall is made up of muscles and fascia (connective muscle membranes) that protect the abdominal tissues from injury and support breathing, defecation and various body movements. If pressure in the abdomen increases due to pushing or lifting, or if there is a weakness in the connective tissue, abdominal organs can bulge outward and cause an abdominal wall hernia (hernia). Hernias often occur at scars after abdominal surgery, at the belly button or at the inguinal canal.
