The handbike, specially designed for sporty riders, is attached to the front of a manually controlled wheelchair and turns it into a tricycle with hand crank drive.
The caster of the wheel and the resistance of the steering can be individually and smoothly adjusted via the steering head and inertia steering damper. With the inertia steering damper, the person driving can choose the strength to be applied for a steering movement. The inertia steering damper has no influence on the maximum steering angle.
