Transport chairs

Transport wheelchairs are used for short-term transport in the stationary area or when traveling at the airport.

There are transport chairs that are used in hospitals or nursing homes, for example. These are usually quite heavy and stable, as they are only used on site. Travel wheelchairs or other transport chairs for short-term use, e.g. at airports, usually have a low dead weight and are foldable. In addition, there are transport chairs for special areas of use, such as getting around on the beach, as well as rollators with a wheelchair function for short-term transport of the people using them.
