Adaptive wheelchairs

Adaptive wheelchairs can be optimally adapted to the user's requirements. They are usually made of light metal and there are rigid and foldable models.

Before procurement, dimensions and functions can already be selected to suit the person using the device. Various adjustment options make adaptations to individual requirements possible. Due to these "active" functions, these wheelchairs are often also called active wheelchairs.

A wealth of optional wheelchair accessories is usually available for adaptive wheelchairs. In addition, in combination with special auxiliary drives, further distances can be covered or inclines can be overcome more easily.
