Employer:
The employer is a county government and a primary school.
Disability and functional limitation of the employee:
The woman has a hip joint disease and difficulty walking. To move forward, or to leave it uses a walking stick. Disability Because she has trouble walking long distances and climbing of stairs.
Training and job:
The woman attended a basic education and works as a teacher with the employer.
Work environment and mobility:
Due to the hip joint disease, the teacher is no longer able to reach the upper floor of the school with the teachers' room, the toilets and classrooms. To overcome the stairs, a stair lift with seat and foot plate is installed with which it can be transported to the upper floor now.

Funding and participation:
Barrier-free design was sponsored by the Office integration. The consultation was carried out by the Engineer Professional services for disability-related work planning the integration office - the so-called Technical Advisory Service.
