Brompton folding bicycles are converted for people with restricted growth after individual consultation. In the case of dysproportional restricted growth (e.g. achondroplasia, hypochondroplasia), bicycles must be low, long and have high handlebars. Short pedal cranks (approx. 1/5 of the inside leg length) in combination with a low bottom bracket are particularly important in order to relieve the knee angle.
