Emergency call solution for lifts that helps deaf people and people with speech or hearing impairment to communicate with the outside world in emergency situations.
The system supplements the usual emergency call and communicates with passengers via a screen on which questions are displayed and the predefined answers can be selected via its touch-sensitive surface. Communication is multilingual and can be selected on the basis of flag symbols, without the control center personnel themselves having to know the respective language; the intelligent system does the translation virtually automatically.
