Bone conduction hearing aids with / without implant

Bone conduction hearing aids generate vibrations that are transmitted to the inner ear via the skull bone.

Eyeglasses that have a bone conduction hearing aid with microphone and electronics integrated into the frame are called hearing glasses. Alternatively, a partial implant is anchored in the skull bone and coupled to a receiver or amplifier.
