Description:
BALABOLKA is a program for voice output or text-to-speech (TTS). It translates written texts so that they can be spoken by a computer voice. Texts copied to the clipboard are spoken directly, but you can also save the language files and reuse them later. The program does not contain any artificial voices, which must be purchased separately.
