Assistive Product DIPAX HeadMouse3D

With the DIPAX HeadMouse3D you can control a PC or laptop with head movements and facial gestures (head mouse, HeadMouse). A gesture signals to the computer whether a mouse click should be triggered or a program should be opened. No additional software is required to execute certain mouse clicks (e.g. double-click or key combinations).

The additional depth information available from the 3D camera also results in much greater accuracy and far greater freedom of movement for the user than with conventional systems with a reflector point or webcam. The mouse pointer is moved across the screen with the help of head movements; if the user is not able to move their head, it is also sufficient to move the mouse pointer to the desired position using alternative facial gestures (e.g. chin movement).

In addition, the head control can also be used as a joystick or game controller.
