Description:
The cutting aid facilitates the cutting of round, oval or square rolls, flat buns, hamburgers and croissants and avoids cutting injuries.
Either anti-slip feet or suction cups are attached to the bottom of the cutting aid to prevent slipping. In addition, a pressure spring plate is integrated to fix the pastry so that it is not crushed or compressed during cutting. The metal stoppers prevent further cutting with a standard bread cutter.
