The decks of the oven can be loaded ergonomically at body height.
The oven offers space for different types and quantities of baked goods in baking chambers of different sizes and heights (145 mm, 195 mm or 2 × 125 mm). The Ebo 128 is available with chamber heights of 145 mm and 195 mm.
Silicone door seals (Ebo 64, 68 and 86) and the insulated baking chamber ensure minimal radiated heat.
The Ebo is easy to clean, as the door is simple to clean. The door can be easily adjusted without loosening a screw, so that the inside of the glass is easily accessible for cleaning.
