Description

The melamine plate is an alternative to plates with raised edges, as it is an eating aid that can be used intuitively without being recognized as such. It is as shiny and elegant as porcelain, but has a sloping inner base that automatically collects liquid on one side of the plate. The hidden overhang serves as a sliding edge and ensures that the food reaches the fork and spoon more easily - and to prevent the plate from slipping or tipping, an anti-slip ring on the base of the plate provides additional grip and assurance.
