Bottom and lid of the tray are made of extra-strong, scratch-resistant polypropylene with a welded edge and insulating, stabilizing filling made of rigid foam, which makes the tray torsion-resistant. It has inserts for soup cups, salad and dessert bowls, cutlery and menu plates, which are offered as system crockery made of porcelain with a blue decor. The hot and cold components of the menu are separate. The surface protection profiles of the trays are designed as stacking strips.
