Here blind people can smell plants or recognize plants with particularly rough leaves.
People in wheelchairs will find them at the right height and enough space to move between to get through the beds. At an angle across from the previous location, prospective landscape gardeners have created eleven raised beds and three ground beds with around 150 species.
At 75 meters you will find medicinal plants like the mullein, valerian or sage, donated and grown by the German Homeopathy Union. There are also plants to touch and from the cottage garden. There are also some with strong colors, such as ecchinacea plants in red tones, aromatic herbs such as chives or bright orange seasoned tagetes. In the childrens bed you can try the small liquorice tagetes, chocolate irises or the gummy bear flower. Sicilian spiced fennel or Roman chamomile grow among the Mediterranean plants. Sage and mint types determine the last raised bed. Three more colorful ground beds and scented woody plants complete the outer area.
