Alustyle seat shells are made to measure using a soft foam process or a plaster cast. There are therefore no dimensional limits for the construction of an Alustyle seat shell. The seat depth is decisive for choosing the right basic size.
Patients with moderately severe disabilities often have difficulty straightening their torso. However, they can use both hands in a targeted manner. The supplier has developed the so-called active shell type for these seat shell users.
With this seat-back unit, the patient is supported or corrected in the trunk area by adjustable pads. However, the user's own dynamics are encouraged as much as possible.
