The low centre of gravity when using the chair increases the stability of the sitting or reclining position. The Einstein therefore offers close lateral body guidance when sitting in order to provide therapeutic support for certain parts of the body and keep them in position.
The gravity support enables temporary pressure relief for individual body sections, for example in the post-operative phase.
The chair can be used either as a primary seating and positioning system or as an additional option for positioning (e.g. in conjunction with a seat shell).
