Non-slip and tactile floor materials

Tactile floor materials offer blind and visually impaired people better orientation in road traffic or within public buildings. They mark paths, crossings and stairs.

The floor materials should provide a high tactile, acoustic and visual contrast to the adjacent flooring.

Slip-resistant floors can be used in public buildings as well as in private areas. They reduce the risk of falls and slips. In private housekeeping, they are primarily used in bathrooms and kitchens.
