Description:
The delivery system allows a trouble-free supply of fasteners in screwdrivers and other systems. High cycle times of up to 100 pieces per minute characterize these feeding systems. Depending on the type of material to be conveyed, different sizes and versions with sophisticated feeding technology and depending on the size of the screw with filling volumes of 0.05 - 3.0 liters are available.
Each feeding system supports automated assembly. The feeding technology also includes a removable silencer hood for noise reduction and quick access to the unit. Feeding systems of the ZSE series are suitable for feeding the smallest screws, for example M 1,2 as well as larger screws. Sword and step conveyors are suitable for fasteners with sensitive surfaces.
