Profile comparison procedure in vocational rehabilitation

ERGOS is a workplace simulator that measures physical and functional abilities with computer support. This is used to create a general and job-related performance profile for people with health restrictions. ERGOS can be used to determine strength, body mobility, work endurance, work speed and accuracy, for example. The 260 individual tests based on 42 assessment parameters create an individual ability profile that can be compared with the requirement profiles of around 14,000 stored occupational activities. This makes it possible to objectively assess the job opportunities of the people tested.

The ERGOS examination takes around 3 to 4 hours and is supervised by specialist medical staff.

ERGOS is usually carried out as a rehabilitation assessment procedure on behalf of medical and vocational rehabilitation providers in rehabilitation facilities and vocational training providers.
