Simple Assist is an autonomous, low-barrier assistance system for manufacturing and production in the form of Plug and Produce. A plug-and-produce system is an Industry 4.0 concept that makes the commissioning of production facilities or systems quick and easy. Simple Assist describes a stand-alone assistance system (without interfaces to other systems) that can be purchased as a complete solution.
The automatically height-adjustable work table (1.2 m) has a projector, two buttons and a PC. Work instructions can be easily created and presented to the system as PowerPoint® slides using the USB sticks supplied. The projector projects the work steps for an order onto the work table according to individual specifications. IT knowledge is not required. The individual setup can be done directly at the workplace.
