Practical examples with vibratory conveyors

The screws delivered in bulk are first prepared by a vibratory bowl feeder and placed in the correct storage direction. They are then transported with an air pulse through a conveying hose to the mouthpiece in front of the screwdriver. In the nosepiece, the screws are held on the screw head by ball locking sleeves, expanding sleeves or jaw mouthpieces and are only released when the bit or screwdriving tool is screwed in.
